Cette option d&rsquo;analyse fournit un outil capable de d\u00e9tecter une \u00ab rafale de vibrations \u00bb \u00e0 la surface d&rsquo;un tourillon o\u00f9, pendant le processus de production, une r\u00e9gion g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s pr\u00e9sente un motif d&rsquo;ondulations. L&rsquo;amplitude de ces ondulations est souvent trop faible pour affecter les param\u00e8tres de mesure de la circularit\u00e9 ou m\u00eame du lobage, mais elle peut n\u00e9anmoins causer des probl\u00e8mes de NVH dans l&rsquo;assemblage final du moteur. En analysant ces donn\u00e9es sur des quadrants de 90 degr\u00e9s, il est possible de d\u00e9tecter la \u00ab rafale de vibrations \u00bb dans une petite fen\u00eatre angulaire, ce qui fournit des informations cruciales sur un probl\u00e8me potentiel dans le processus de fabrication.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-771a8219 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"771a8219\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Une m\u00e9thode pour d\u00e9tecter les vibrations sur une plage angulaire limit\u00e9e consiste \u00e0 utiliser une m\u00e9thode de \u00ab fen\u00eatre glissante \u00bb. Cela permet de d\u00e9finir la fen\u00eatre angulaire en degr\u00e9s et l&rsquo;incr\u00e9ment des degr\u00e9s de glissement. Cette fen\u00eatre glissante parcourra l&rsquo;ensemble des donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;erreur de circularit\u00e9 ou de profil sur 360 degr\u00e9s et d\u00e9terminera l&rsquo;amplitude maximale et la r\u00e9gion angulaire o\u00f9 cela s&rsquo;est produit. Il est \u00e9galement important que les tests n\u00e9cessaires permettent de d\u00e9velopper une tol\u00e9rance aux vibrations et une plage de vibrations \u00e0 analyser sur une r\u00e9gion angulaire sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e. Il peut parfois appara\u00eetre sur une large fen\u00eatre angulaire et avoir une fr\u00e9quence nette. Cela peut potentiellement \u00eatre observ\u00e9 dans un graphique d&rsquo;erreur de circularit\u00e9 ou de profil de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment sp\u00e9cifique mesur\u00e9. Cependant, le broutage peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre masqu\u00e9 dans un graphique d&rsquo;erreur de circularit\u00e9 ou de profil, car ceux-ci appliquent souvent un filtre aux donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;erreur qui peut masquer le broutage.<\/p><p><em>La figure 2<\/em> apr\u00e9sente un graphique d&rsquo;erreur de circularit\u00e9 du tourillon et d&rsquo;erreur de profil des lobes de l&rsquo;arbre \u00e0 cames, avec les six lobes au bas du graphique. Ces graphiques de profil des lobes montrent la r\u00e9gion du cercle de base entre 0 et 90 degr\u00e9s et entre 270 et 360 degr\u00e9s. L&rsquo;erreur de la r\u00e9gion de lev\u00e9e est comprise entre 90 et 270 degr\u00e9s. Dans cet exemple, vous pouvez voir un motif clair d&rsquo;ondulations dans la r\u00e9gion du cercle de base. Comme le cercle de base a un rayon constant, il est normalement rectifi\u00e9 \u00e0 une vitesse constante, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas le cas pour la r\u00e9gion de
