Common Add-Ons

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) - 2 or 3 KVA
UPS provides temporary power in the event of a loss of primary (facility) power. This allows the gage to run for a short period of time using the UPS backup power and/or a controlled shutdown of the gage and CPU2. This is important to help prevent PC issues which can arise from abrupt power interruptions.
Instant visual identification of part conformity
Increase operation efficiency and ease of use – particularly with large and heavy parts.
For thrustwall width & runout measurement with two probes

Enclose your gage for safety and keep the gage clean from the elements of production environments.

Leveling & Isolation

Provides for enhanced vibration isolation and manual gage leveling. This is important for gages which may be subjected to external sources of vibration such as stamping or forging presses, large pumps or motors or simply forklift/truck traffic near the machine.

Hard Coated Customer Part - for Reference Values
Have your shaft hard coated as a continuous reference point for your measurement goals.

This type of master is primarily used for conducting MSA type 1 studies (gage repeatability and bias). The MSA type 1 not only ensures that the gage repeatably measures, but also that it measures a known value correctly (without bias). The DKD can also be used for troubleshooting potential gage issues.

Available as an optional accessory for new vertical 911 gages and compatible with horizontal 1302 and 1304 models, the CamTracker is a high-precision, LVDT-based system engineered to measure form and error on the sidewalls of camshaft shifting grooves.

The DiaMetric™ follower system enables advanced manufacturers to obtain 5 times greater accuracy, achieving submicron performance levels of ±0.2 μm when measuring diameters on their existing Adcole 911 gage.
